CLAHRC Introduction to Critical Appraisal 29th September

As part of the CLAHRC  R&D programme, the Library Service is running an introduction to critical appraisal training course at Berrywood Hospital on Thursday the 29th of September (10.30 - 12 & repeated 2.30 - 4) in the Oak Room at Berrywood Hospital.

This course covers the basics of assessing the quality of research evidence. It looks at the different types of research studies you are most likely to come across and will give an introduction to some of the statistical terminology most commonly used in biomedical research.
